Return Policy:
All vintage purchases made in store and on Etsy are final sale. Vintage items are pre-loved and some signs of age and wear are to be expected. We are forthcoming with conditional issues and any imperfections. Most of the vintage clothing has been gently worn and is in good to excellent condition and is sold as-is.

All items purchased via the Instagram feed or story sales can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be received within 14 business days of buying the item to be issued your store credit. Items must be in their original condition with the original tags still attached. For online orders, shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping must be paid by the buyer.

How to Purchase from Instagram and General Info :

All Instagram and Online orders are shipped weekly. We are more than happy to rush ship items by request. Please email us prior to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you. We ship internationally and price varies per destination and based on the weight of the item. Tracking numbers for all shipments are available upon request.

A note about International shipping: We ship USPS international. Once the item has left the post office, it is no longer our responsibility. Many countries hold items in Customs, and international orders tend to take longer.

PLUME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, STOLEN OR ITEMS HELD AT CUSTOMS. . Please understand, we cannot refund items that have a tracking number and show as delivered, nor can we refund anything stuck in customs, or lost in the mail.

Online items are in excellent condition. Any flaw will be noted in detail within the listing. Vintage garments are listed AS IS. It is very important that our customer be satisfied with the garment purchased, so please contact us with any questions you have before the item is purchased.

Vintage sizing is tricky as sizes vary from decade to decade, per designer, handmade vs factory made etc. We offer a range of sizes (XXS - 4XL) and alpha sizing listed is based on a modern size chart in inches.
